A Crispy Snack

For all those salty snackers who are constantly reaching for just one more potato chip, we have a healthier solution to help satisfy your cravings. Next time you go to reach for that crinkly bag of lays, try these baked zucchini chips instead.

Oven-Baked Zucchini Chipszucchini-chips

2.5 cups zucchini slices
¼ cup dry breadcrumbs
¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
¼ teaspoon seasoned salt
¼ teaspoon garlic powder
⅛ teaspoon black pepper
2 tablespoons fat free milk

1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees (Fahrenheit).
2. Combine breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, salt, garlic powder and pepper in a bowl and stir together with a whisk. Place milk in a shallow bowl.
3. Dip zucchini slices in milk, and then dredge in breadcrumb mixture.
4. Spray an ovenproof wire rack with cooking spray and arrange coated zucchini slices on rack.
5. Place wire rack on baking sheet and bake at 425 degrees for 30 minutes or until zucchini slices are browned and crisp.
6. Serve immediately and enjoy!
