Twofoods: Not a day goes by where we don’t make a choice on what we are going to eat. The decision can sometimes be tricky
especially if we are trying to stay healthy. Download Twofoods to quickly compare the nutrition facts of the two foods you are debating between.
Moves: Not only does this app track your everyday steps, it also shows how many calories you have burned and relays a “story” of your life. The great thing about this app is that your phone doesn’t have to be in your hand in order to track, rather it can be in a purse or bag.

Substitutions: Cooking a delicious meal after a long day is a great way to unwind. Planning a dish takes time and the worst thing that can happen before starting is realizing you are missing an ingredient. This app will find you suggested replacements that you may have already in your kitchen!
