Create a daily or weekly checklist and put the most important thing you need to get done that day on top. By prioritizing this task, you eliminate the possible chance for cancellation and can feel accomplished early in the day.
Maintain maximum energy
Slowly working towards your goals can help you maintain your energy and avoid burnouts. It may be tempting to strive for everything all at once, but working your way up can be more productive. Start with easier tasks, such as getting enough sleep, working out a few times a week, and preparing healthy lunches.
