Surviving Cold & Flu Season

Use these simple tips to fight colds and sickness when people around you start sneezing.

    1. Zinc for the save. If you feel a cold coming on, reach for some zinc and load up. It helps boost the immune system and fight infection.
    2. Spray some saline. Fight congestion by clearing out your sinuses with a saline nasal spray, also known as a neti pot, and it will help restore moisture to dry sinus passages, as well.beefbroth_
    3. A beef broth brew. Drinking a cup of natural beef broth once a day may advance decongestion due to its anti-inflammatory benefits.
    4. Sore throat no more. Sip on a mixture of apple cider vinegar and water to combat a sore throat.
    5. Rise and shine with vitamin C. Incorporate vitamin C into your morning meal. Starting your day with this extra boost can help keep your immune system strong throughout the day.
    6. Shake hands. Wash hands. Repeat. Keep hand sanitizer on you at all times and encourage others to wash their hands. No explanation needed here.
