  A.M Best Reaffirms Investors Trust
Assurance SPC Financial Strength Rating

..........

As a reaffirmation of the financial strength of its business, Investors Trust Assurance SPC (“ITA”) has been reassigned by A.M Best the Financial Strength Rating of B++ (Good) with a stable outlook, allowing it to consolidate its international and institutional credibility, providing its clients a higher level of trust. The rating of ITA reflects the company’s profitable operations and considers A.M Best’s opinion that ITA is well capitalized relative to its net liabilities. The rating also acknowledges ITA’s network of independent financial advisors in Latin America and Asian Pacific, nine years of operating history and management’s prior history of relevant investment and insurance experience, and increases in new sales for the current year driven by a new product offering.

ITA is an international insurance company that provides unit-linked investment products, tailored to international investors around the world, with a focus on emerging markets. ITA is licensed and regulated by the Cayman Islands Monetary Authority. Since its launch in 2002, ITA has gained a leadership position in the international insurance markets, reaching a solid presence in over 30 countries, offering attractive tax-efficient investment solutions with a transparent fee structure, first class multi-language customer service, and a state-of-the-art internet platform. The company is also a member of the Association of International Life Offices (AILO).
